# How do I know my solar panels are working?

Many owners want a simple way to confirm the system is **reporting generation** and how it compares to earlier days or weeks.

**Fox ESS** systems that are connected to **Fox Cloud** expose that information to apps that read Fox Cloud. **[Check My Solar](https://checkmy.solar)** shows live and historical generation (plus battery, grid, and load where your hardware reports them) on the web and on **[iOS](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/check-my-solar/id6748858406)**.
