# Battery state of charge and solar

Battery percentage (state of charge) and charge/discharge power appear when your **Fox ESS** system reports them to **Fox Cloud**.

Link your Fox Cloud account in **[Check My Solar](https://checkmy.solar)** or the **[iOS app](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/check-my-solar/id6748858406)** to view those values with the rest of your energy flows.
